Felix′s Story

Hi, they say that FELIX is a male given name that stems from Latin (fēlix, felicis) and means "happy" or "lucky".

As you can tell from my knowledge in Latin, I am quite the intelligent boy. I am, by nature, a working dog, thus I would love for my new parents to appreciate and understand the ‘reward-based’ training and everyday life.

I’ve been here at the Centre for quite some time now. I am very happy and lucky as all the volunteers love playing with me and I feel like they understand me. They give me treats all the time but I show them how grateful I am by sitting down as soon as they ask me to! Did I mention I love to please the people I love? I have? Oh well, that’s me!

Character & Temperament

i love to work for my people and I can do amazing stuff that people would be very impressed to see.My skills as a mallinois makes me special.I can be very cuddly, very loving and fully devoted.

Ideal Home for Felix

An active home with experience on my breed needs would be the best. I can not be just a sofa dog but I would give my life to protect you.A person who will use only reward based training,not any other method. and be an only dog if possible.

Trainers Evaluation

Felix was brought to us to help him with controlling his kennel stress, the time he is with us he has managed to control his stress and he has a lot of enrichment in his life as we assume that Felix had bad experiences and lack of socialization.We are so proud of him for overcome his problems of stress and arousal in time. He is a pure breed mallinois and his breed needs are physical and mental stimulation and enrichment placed.An experienced owner would be the best,this dog is capable of doing for you amazing stuff and will love you and protect you with his life if needed.
