Kirsty′s Story

My name is Kirsty, and sadly, I share a common story of being a hunting dog used solely for breeding. When I didn't meet the standards for hunting, I was abandoned in a desolate area. Days passed as I roamed, hungry, thirsty, and falling sick. Fortunately, a kind volunteer from a village found me, providing temporary relief with food and water. However, the conditions weren't ideal.

This compassionate volunteer reached out on social media, seeking help. Fortunately, there was a spot available at 2ndchancedogs, and they came to my rescue. The team took me to the vet for tests and veterinary care. Now, I'm happily making friends with Rokkie,Phoenix and Drake but what I truly need is a loving family and a forever home.

I'm a sweet doggie with a bit of shyness around strangers.

But once I know and trust you, get ready for some attention and treats – I've got an angelic voice to make my requests! I'm all about hanging out and having a blast playing with my doggie pals.

Ideal Home for Kirsty

I'm looking for a calm household where I can open up and showcase my wonderful temperament. If there's already another dog in the family, that would be fantastic – having a furry friend around would help me feel more confident in the new environment.
