Bonnie′s Story

I was taken to the pound with my brother, Clyde, by the municipality workers. It was such a scary and unfriendly place for little pups like us. Thankfully, the kind volunteers there reached out to 2nd Chance Dogs for help. Now, we’re safe, settling in, and ready to find our forever family!

Character & Temperament

I’m a bit shy since it’s still early days here at the center with so many dogs and new smells, but I’m growing more confident every day. I really enjoy spending time with other dogs—it helps me a lot with socializing!

Ideal Home for Bonnie

"My ideal home would be with a patient and understanding family who can give me time to settle in and feel safe. I’d love a calm environment where I can build my confidence, but also with other dogs to play with—they really help me come out of my shell. Most of all, I just need love, gentle encouragement, and a place where I can grow into my best self!"
