Amber′s Story

I was rescued from the middle of nowhere along with my 2 siblings and mum and taken to a shelter. After some time there, our rescuer had to find us a new home because the shelter was closing down. That’s when 2nd Chance Dogs stepped in, opening their hearts and home to us.

Character & Temperament

Although I’m a bit shy around people at first, I’m full of love and just need a little time to feel safe. Around other dogs, I let loose and have so much fun—I love to play, chase, and run! If you’re patient with me, I’ll slowly show you my true colors, and you’ll see what a sweet, affectionate, and loyal pup I really am. Once I trust you, I’ll be your shadow, always by your side, ready for cuddles, belly rubs, and all the love you can give. With a kind heart and a little patience, you’ll get to see the happy, playful, and loving dog I was meant to be!

Ideal Home for Amber

My ideal home is one that’s patient, loving, and understands that I might need a little time to come out of my shell. I’d love a calm and gentle family who will let me build my confidence at my own pace. Having another playful dog around would be perfect—it helps me feel safe and brings out my fun, goofy side! A home with kind humans who will give me the love, attention, and cuddles I secretly crave (once I trust you!) would make me so happy. If you’re willing to be patient and let me bloom, I promise to be the most loyal, loving, and playful companion you could ever ask for!
