Mickey′s Story

Hello there! I'm Mickey, how are you?! Back when I was just a little pup, I roamed around Pervolia village, blissfully unaware of the dangers those "cars" posed. I had a few close calls with almost getting run over. One day, a man with an orange shirt that read "2nd Chance Dogs" spotted me. Despite my big appearance, I'm a soft teddy bear at heart, so I darted into a bush with thorns (ouch). But this man approached, offering treats that I couldn't resist. He gently pulled me out of the thorny situation and into his car. Off we went to see a vet who magically deduced my youthful age. After a round of tests and checks to ensure my health, I found myself at the 2ndchancedogs center.

Character & Temperament

I'm amazing with doggies of all sizes – big and small. Running and playing with my friends at the center is my favorite pastime.

Now, when it comes to humans, I'm still on the journey of learning to trust. With those I've come to trust, I absolutely love a good petting session, but there's still some work to be done.

They say, even though I'm a black dog, "my heart is as good as gold."

Ideal Home for Mickey

I'm in desperate need of a home with another confident doggy and parents who are willing to be patient with me, allowing me the time to settle in and trust them. A garden to play in would be amazing. I promise to do my best to settle in, as long as you are patient and kind to me.
